Please join the Santa Clara Valley Veterinary Medical Association on Wednesday, March 6, for a presentation by Dr. Katie Wolf from Idexx about The Importance of Mild Increases in Kidney Biomarkers to the Patient and Practitioner at The Farmer's Union in San Jose. Look for us upstairs.

1.5 hours CE Credits applicable to California Veterinary Medical Board License Renewal (certificates will be handed out at the end of the CE presentation).

If you are not an SCVVMA member, you will receive an email invoice for $60 per attendee to cover dinner and CE costs within 72 hours of registering to hold your seat.

About the speaker: 

Dr. Katie Wolf received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of California, Davis in 2011.  After graduation, she worked in small animal practice in Folsom, California focusing on the special needs of brachycephalic breeds.  Dr Wolf has a 25 year history of working within the veterinary industry, including 10 years as an RVT and hospital manger, and international work.  In her free time, Dr Wolf enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 teenage kids and 2 English bulldogs, international travel, veterinary volunteering here and abroad, yoga, and cooking. In her role as an IDEXX Professional Services Veterinarian, Dr. Wolf serves as a professional peer resource for IDEXX’s veterinary customers and supports the IDEXX sales team in the Northern California region.

Dr. Munir Kareshi

Dr. Kureshi graduated from Bombay Veterinary College in 1987. He served internships at Animal Medical Center, New York City’s largest animal care facility, and at the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Veterinary Medicine. He has also held several externships, which include the University of California Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, and clinics in Chicago, Illinois and Boulder, Colorado. After moving to the Bay Area, Dr. Kureshi worked at several animal hospitals and an avian clinic in Los Gatos before acquiring Cupertino Animal Hospital in 1994.
